We connect and influence each other. The systems of our world strongly influence the shape of our development and the strategies we have for abundance.

The Village

It is said it takes a village to raise a child. But when so many in the village don’t have sufficient food, shelter, clothing it is hard to hope, to believe it will be better. To build abundant food shelter, clothing and hope, the village, the ecosystem, exerting power together, can build the abundance we all desire and deserve. Not just financial abundance but the whole person well.

1. The Well Being of the Person is the goal

2. People develop/grow our entire lives

3. That development is strongly shaped shaped by the ecosystem (the village) that surrounds us.

4. Building abundance requires work (power applied to a situation).

5. People have three kinds of power:

   1. personal power,

   2. collective action and

   3. public policy.

6. Using the power we all possess we seek to build resident based alliances that

   1. encourage, skill build and recruit individuals,

   2. forms alliances, partnerships and other groups to gain impact and economies of scale, and

   3. we promote those public policies that enhance our abundance building work.

7. Beginning with families with the youngest children, we build the community uP from the infant out.
